Steve & Laarni Benitez
Head Instructors and lineage holders
Steven and Laarni Benitez, husband and wife, lineage holders of the Satria Arts of ancient warriors of south-east Asia, passed down by Sat Guru Ma Prem (founder of the Sphinx University in Holland and recognised by the Dutch Royals for her contribution over many decades).  Steven Benitez, given the honorary title of Pendekar, has been practising this art form for 30 years and teaching full-time since 2003. Steven has travelled extensively around the world, sharing this incredible and transformative art, along with his wife, Laarni Benitez, chief instructor of the Satria Yoga, a unique form of yoga practise, based on the 144 postures of the Satria Fighting Arts. Together, they have built a community of people worldwide, raised exceptionally good instructors all over through their instructor programs and long distance learning programs (online courses), teacher training and seminars worldwide

Jason Gowan
Satria Fighting Arts Instructor
I started Karate at 9 years old and by 12 had discovered Wing Chun which I trained in and instructed for many years. Completed 3 different lineages of wing chun. I have also studied western boxing and Thai boxing. Kempo Jujitsu. But I felt something was missing and I remembered meeting Steve many years earlier and being fascinated speaking to him and seeing him move so fluidly. I made contact and started training in the Satria Fighting Arts. I run a small training group in Sutton Surrey.
